Monthly Virtual Bookkeeping
Let a Quickbooks expert take good care of your books, and deliver the specific financial information you need to increase profits and consistently reach your financial goals. Options range from monthly account reconciliations to accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll management. All monthly bookkeeping clients receive monthly custom financial statements with a simple video explanation.

Diagnostic Review
If you've got an existing set of books we'll start here. I'll take a systematic look through your Quickbooks account, find out what's wrong, and create a step-by-step plan for making your books tax ready ASAP.

Diagnostic reviews start at $750 and are required for all clean-up projects and new monthly bookkeeping clients.
Quickbooks Account Clean-Up
Once the diagnostic review of your existing Quickbooks account has been completed, we'll put that strategy into place and clean it all up, so your books are correct, up-to-date and ready for tax time.

I'm Genevieve Miller, owner of Pacific Grove Bookkeeping.
I got started in bookkeeping and QBO clean-ups by accident, and quickly realized I had a natural aptitude for organizing financial chaos. Now I own a business helping service-based business owners stop stressing over their finances and start paying themselves more. ​

As a single mom to homeschooled kids, I don't have time to waste. So I've developed systems and processes to make sure your books are cleaned up correctly and on time, every month. And your custom statements will be specifically designed to help you get the financial information you need to meet your unique business goals in the most efficient manner, and delivered in a way you can actually understand.

I love this job, but when I'm not working you can find me with my nose in a book and my toes in the sand of the beaches of Pacific Grove, California, where I live with my three kids and two slightly neurotic dogs. ​
